About the role

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Network Development team and support the delivery of network development initiatives across Inchcape's diverse OEM portfolio.

This is a highly varied role combining project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and business support. You'll work closely with brand teams, regional managers, OEM partners and retailers to help manage dealer appointments, onboarding activities, facility programs, network performance reporting and strategic development projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive project manager or administrator looking to broaden their commercial and project experience within a dynamic automotive setting. You'll gain exposure to network strategy, corporate compliance, dealer operations and cross-functional business projects while working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate network development projects across multiple automotive brands

- Maintain project trackers, documentation and activity schedules

- Support dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments and ownership changes

- Coordinate meetings, approvals and stakeholder communications

- Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries

- Analyse network and dealer performance data

- Assist with market research, network planning and strategy projects

- Maintain accurate records,



templates and governance documentation

- Collaborate with business partners, retailers and internal business teams

- Support the delivery of key network development initiatives

About you

You are an organised and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities and are confident working with data, reporting and business processes.

You enjoy solving problems, improving ways of working and helping projects move forward. Whether your background is in project management, venture coordination, operations, administration, sales support or dealer network operations and you're looking for a role that offers variety, exposure and career growth.

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience in a coordination, administration, operations or commercial support role

- Strong organisational and project coordination skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Experience preparing reports and working with data

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability





- Automotive industry or dealer network experience will be highly regarded
