As the Senior Maintenance Planner, you will lead maintenance planning activities across our operations, ensuring effective maintenance strategies, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in systems, processes, and asset data. Working closely with engineering, operations, and field service teams, you will help drive operational excellence and maximise asset performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead maintenance planning activities, including the development of preventative maintenance schedules, work plans, and forecasting tools to support asset reliability, compliance, and operational performance.

- Coordinate planning inputs across operations, engineering, and field services, ensuring efficient resource allocation, schedule adherence, and readiness for maintenance, shutdowns, projects, and emergent works.

- Maintain ownership of maintenance planning systems and data, ensuring accurate records, effective reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and high-quality planning documentation.

- Monitor maintenance backlogs, analyse planning and scheduling issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and overall maintenance performance.

- Promote safe, reliable, and efficient work execution through structured planning, data-driven decision-making, and a strong focus on operational excellence.

As part of the solution, you will have:

- Trade, Engineering or other relevant technical qualification, or equivalent experience in maintenance planning within an asset-intensive or operational environment.

- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, including the use of CMMS and planning tools such as MS Project, Greentree, or similar systems, with a strong understanding of maintenance standards, critical path methodologies, and resource coordination.

- Strong capability in developing work plans, planning processes, asset records, forecasts, and reporting, supported by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams, supported by strong communication skills and a commitment to planning excellence, continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance.
