Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at St Agnes Residential Facility on a casual basis.

About Your Role

As a Lifestyle Assistant at St Agnes, you will design and deliver engaging individual and group activities to support residents' emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and facilitating lifestyle programs based on individual needs
- Supporting new residents as they settle into the home
- Documenting participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities
- Advocating for residents and addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintaining compliance with aged care quality standards and policies
- Assisting with evaluation of residents' wellbeing and providing updates to nursing staff
- Contributing to safe,



respectful, and enjoyable living environments

What You'll Bring
Essential:

- National Police Certificate (current or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Understanding of aged care issues
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work respectfully in a diverse, team-based setting
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, or Certificate III or IV in Aged Care

Desirable:

- Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential — we welcome all applicants regardless of language background)
