Circl is looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team — someone with a genuine passion for wine, great service and the finer details.

In 2025, Circl was awarded Australia’s Wine List of the Year — an extraordinary achievement for a restaurant only in its second year. With an exceptional wine program, a cellar full of interesting discoveries and an impressive selection available by the glass, this is a pretty special place to deepen your wine knowledge.

We're looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in wine and wants to take it further. You'll work alongside an experienced team, be exposed to an exceptional range of wines and have plenty of opportunity to learn, taste and develop your confidence.

You’ll bring:





- Experience in a quality restaurant or wine-led environment

- A genuine passion for wine and a solid understanding of the basics

- The confidence to talk wine with guests and make considered recommendations

- A natural curiosity and enthusiasm to keep learning

- Impeccable service standards, attention to detail and a warm personality
