Are you tired of hauling heavy air conditioning equipment up ladders, working excessive hours and weekends, or crawling through roof cavities in sweltering conditions?

Rarely does an opportunity of this calibre present itself.

Our client is a global market leader in the manufacture of air conditioning systems, with an extensive range of market-leading HVAC solutions and a strong reputation for technical excellence, leadership and customer support.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HVAC technician to leverage their technical expertise in a role that combines technical support, field-based training, diagnostics and customer engagement — without being on the tools.

While the position will continue to draw on your technical service background, including diagnostics, fault-finding, repair and maintenance,



you will no longer be required to undertake the physical demands of day-to-day field service.

Instead, you will transition into a 100% off-the-tools Field Service Advisory position, working closely with technicians, customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical guidance, support and training across the commercial HVAC sector.

Never held a Field Service Advisory position before? No problem.

You will receive six months of intensive training and support, giving you the technical product knowledge, systems expertise and communication skills required to succeed in the role.

KEY CRITERIA

- Relevant trade qualifications

- Outstanding communication skills

- Relevant work experience as a HVAC&R; Service Technician

- A strong desire to transition off the tools

- An inquisitive mind and thirst for learning

- Exceptional communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Drivers license
