We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Support Agent to join our dynamic 4x4 team in Box Hill, VIC on a Full-Time basis.

Key responsibilities:

- Answering incoming 4x4 customer inquiries via phone and email/online.

- Supporting the 4x4 Sales and Product teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.

- Processing orders for multiple divisions of the business including Adventure Industries & CalOffroad.

- Managing suspension technical inquiries via CalOffroad

- Supporting management of Warranty and refund inquiries

- Supporting Saber ordering and phone call inquiries

- Specific tasks associated with this role may change from time to time as Company requirements change

What you will bring:

- Automotive experience & knowledge

- Suspension knowledge & understanding (preferred)

- Customer Service phone experience

- Pronto user experience

- Neto system user experience preferred

- A positive 'can-do' attitude with a team first mentality

- Willingness to work in a flexible environment whilst operating in a daylight savings time roster
