About the Opportunity

This role sits within the Warehouse Team and is primarily responsible for the accurate, timely fulfilment of wholesale sales orders to Lioness customers — including Boutique, Mid-tier, VIP and 3PL-supported orders. You'll work under guidance from the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, and may be supported by our Warehouse Assistants with physical warehouse tasks. Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Order Fulfilment & Operations

- Coordinate and fulfil assigned wholesale orders — stock set-aside, invoicing/payment support, and dispatch
- Check in Boutique POs and dispatch on time per client delivery windows
- Check in Mid-tier and VIP POs (non-EDI); report issues to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager or Sales Team
- Fulfil SOH orders to client deadlines and vendor requirements, minimising chargebacks
- Support CN Guangzhou 3PL operations, monitoring open, aged or missing orders
- Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and external stakeholders to support order fulfilment

General Warehouse Receiving & Operational Support

- Receive,



transfer and handle stock accurately across daily operations
- Process stock transfers accurately, recording movements in relevant systems
- Support courier bookings, returns, samples and ad-hoc warehouse tasks

What You'll Bring

Essential

- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) — required to support coordination with our CN Guangzhou 3PL warehouse operations
- Responsible, diligent and efficient, with the ability to work well under limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry, stock counts and order processing
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and external stakeholders
- Ability to use computers and warehouse/ERP software, with training provided

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in wholesale order fulfilment, warehouse coordination or a similar logistics role
- Experience using ERP or inventory/stock management systems
- Experience in a fashion, apparel or e-commerce warehouse environment
- Familiarity with 3PL or international warehouse coordination

Employment Details

- Full-time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week
- Reports to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager & Operations Manager
- Salary: $55,000–$57,000 per annum + superannuation
