Happy Sprouts Early Learning, privately owned and operated is seeking experienced and passionate Lead Educator and Educators to join center located in Greenvale!

Our Educators main role is to ensure the service is providing, high-quality education and care for the children and families. As part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a play-based learning program while maintaining health and safety at the highest level of the children in care.

We are looking for an Educator who:

· Is genuinely willing and motivated to work with children

· Has a vibrant energy and is an uplifting team player

· Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills

· Create inclusive, professional, and positive relationships with children and families

· Is able to take initiative to create a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment as per child interest

· Is able to contribute ideas for planning and programming

· Maintain a very high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the room

· Have strong time management, organisational skills and flexible

· Is self-motivated on self-learning, researching and believes in the professional growth of you

· Is willing to participate in staff meetings, staff training, team building activities and staff functions

We are looking for a Lead Educator who:

· Ability to perform the above duties and

· Effective communicator who with take the Lead

· Support, mentor and empower educators

What you’ll need:





· A Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

· Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm 5 days a week

· Monthly Rotating Roster

· Sound understanding of the; Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), Victorian Child Safe Standards and Child Protection, Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards (NQS)

· Current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)

· Current First Aid and CPR certificates
