About the Role

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for education. QAT is looking for a Marketing enthusiast to represent our brand growth and student recruitment initiatives in North Asia markets. Hence, biligual with Korean is MANDATORY. In this key marketing position, you will be involved with the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate QAT's profile and drive enrolment.

You will act as the bridge between QAT and our network of international education agents, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to guide future students. Your work will directly contribute to QAT's reputation as a premier provider of quality education in Brisbane, helping us build a vibrant and diverse student community.

Key Responsibilities

- Agent Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with education agents and key stakeholders to drive student enrolments.

- Strategic Marketing Execution: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that support agent-led recruitment and attract students domestically and internationally.

- Resource Development: Create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content tailored for agent and partner networks.

- Event Coordination: Plan and deliver engaging webinars, information sessions, and events to showcase QAT's programs and values to prospective students and partners.

- Market Expansion: Research and identify emerging markets and opportunities to diversify QAT's student base and extend our global footprint.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing channels and agent partnerships, providing regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.





- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Admissions, Academic, and Compliance teams to ensure marketing activities align with operational requirements and regulations.

- Brand Representation: Serve as a professional ambassador for QAT at industry forums, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and personable qualified who thrives on building connections. You have a commercial mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture while managing the finer details of campaign execution. The market region this role will represtent is North Asia, hence biligual with Korean will be essentail.

Candidates must possess valid Australian work rights through citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa.

Essential Criteria:

- Proven experience in a similar role, or a similar position focused on partnerships and stakeholder engagement.

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role or similar position is required.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and building rapport.

- A self-starter mentality with the ability to initiate projects and work independently.

- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria:

- Experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, specifically working with education agents or international student recruitment.

- Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks governing RTOs and CRICOS-registered providers in Australia.

- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and data analysis to track performance metrics.
