Havenhall Pty Limited is a family-focused consumer business managing a portfolio of trusted maternity and women's wellness, baby, and health brands. Across our owned and distributed brands, we are committed to delivering products parents trust and love. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead brand growth, strategy, and marketing execution.

About the Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the brand strategy, product positioning, and marketing execution across one of Havenhall's owned and distributed brands. You will work alongside the Group Marketing Manager to develop and implement the digital and overall brand plans, ensuring integrated campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will own the relationship with a strong understanding of the baby, maternity and women's wellness, and parenting categories, as well as the Australian retail landscape—particularly pharmacy and key retailer media—is essential to support sales, drive growth, and expand distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive growth, awareness, and loyalty across owned and distributed brands.

- For distributed brands, adapt global programs and create localised go-to-market plans for the Australian market.

- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and product portfolio strategies.

- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Manager to develop digital plans and ensure integrated marketing strategies.

Marketing Planning & Execution

- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, retail, and trade.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal promotions.

- Collaborate with retailers on range proposals and reviews to maximise retail presence and sales.





- Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, commercially focused, and deliver results.

Product Development & Sourcing

- Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept through to launch, identifying category gaps and consumer-driven opportunities.

- Manage the end-to-end product launch cycle, working directly with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to bring new products to market on time and on budget.

- Liaise with international suppliers on product specifications, costings, MOQs, packaging, and compliance requirements to ensure products meet Australian regulatory and retail standards.

- Own product and brand positioning across the portfolio, ensuring new and existing products are differentiated, competitively priced, and aligned to brand strategy.

- Partner with sourcing and supply chain teams to evaluate supplier options, negotiate terms, and manage timelines from product development through to retail-ready launch.

- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to inform product positioning, RRP strategy, and range architecture.

Consumer & Market Insights

- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to inform brand strategy.

- Analyse campaign performance and track key KPIs to optimise marketing activities.

- Understand the retail landscape, particularly pharmacy and key retailer media, to support sales and drive growth and distribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and align with business objectives.

- Act as the key contact to liaise with global headquarters for the distributed brand and manage that relationship effectively.

- Demonstrate 1-2 years' experience in global stakeholder management for distributed brands. Preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3-5+ years' experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG, baby, maternity and women's wellness, or health categories.

- Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that deliver commercial results.

- Experience adapting global programs for local markets and creating localised go-to-market plans.

- Experience in new product development (NPD) and working directly with overseas suppliers to bring products from concept to market is highly desirable.

- Understanding of product sourcing, costing, and pricing/positioning strategy within FMCG or consumer goods.

- Robust understanding of the Australian retail landscape, particularly pharmacy and key retailer media.

- Experience managing relationships with global headquarters for distributed brands.

- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Creative, analytical, and highly organised with a track record of successful brand campaigns.

- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously is highly desirable.
