We are currently looking for several roles for our kitchen. These roles will work onsite in a fabulous current kitchens onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park.

The ideal candidates will be seeking a hands-on-role, and will have:

- Some knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Relevant qualifications including food hygiene
- Demonstrated capabilities to cook under pressure

- Be available to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
- An attitude for service excellence

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

- Minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Appropriate qualifications
- Australian citizen / permanent resident
- Clearly speak and understand English
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ambition and drive
