Lead Educator – Toddler Room

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Where We Grow Early Learning Research. Lead our Toddler Room, support your team and create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and connection.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily program and learning experiences in the Toddler Room

• Build warm, positive relationships with children and families

• Plan, document and evaluate learning through the planning cycle

• Create engaging, purposeful and inviting learning environments

• Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality practice

• Create a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels secure, valued and supported

Skills & Experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader

• Strong understanding of the EYLF and planning cycle

• Warm, responsive and respectful approach to children

• Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
