An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join the leadership team.

Reporting to the Owner/Centre Director and working closely with the incredible teams, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our next generation and the early years. You will work alongside passionate and like-minded people who are dedicated to creating the best outcomes for children, families and the community.

About the Role

As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will:

- Assist the Centre Director with managing day-to-day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to our dedicated staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality early learning programs by our passionate educators.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with children, families, educators and the local community.

About You

- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
- Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, CPR,



Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
- Exhibit an extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Showcase the ability to lead and mentor a team of dedicated early childhood professionals.
- Demonstrate the ability to incorporate critical thinking and reflective practice into daily operations.
