Your new role
As an Administration Worker, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across a range of services in the Gippsland region, assisting staff, consumers, volunteers and external stakeholders. You will support office administration, programs and site-based duties, work confidently and independently, communicate effectively, and build positive relationships to ensure services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Your skills and experience
- Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles (essential)
- Experience in a human services organisation (desirable)
- Providing Administrative Support to a range of Community Service Program Areas.
- Seeking an excellent team player, proficient in Microsoft Office -Outlook, Word, Excel, Smartsheet with the ability to navigate databases, flexible with ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision and under pressure
- Ability to solve problems and effectively manage feedback
