We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who understands that HR isn't just about contracts, policies and paperwork. It's about people, relationships, accountability, culture and making sure the right people are in the right places to deliver great support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between recruitment, people management, operations and culture – someone who isn't afraid to have the difficult conversation, roll up their sleeves and work alongside our leadership team to solve problems.

What you'll be responsible for

You'll take ownership of our people function across Morale Care, working closely with our Operations and Service Delivery teams to ensure we have the workforce, capability and culture needed to support our participants well.

Your role will include:

? Recruitment & Workforce

- Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across frontline and leadership roles.

- Identify workforce gaps and work closely with Operations to understand upcoming staffing needs.

- Build and maintain a strong, reliable casual staffing pool.

- Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees are properly equipped before entering our services.

- Support workforce planning as our services continue to grow.

? People & Culture

- Be a visible and approachable point of contact for our people.

- Build relationships across our teams and understand what's actually happening on the ground.

- Support performance management, employee relations and difficult conversations when required.

- Help develop a culture of accountability, loyalty, respect and genuine care.





- Recognise good people and help create an environment where they want to stay.

⚙️ Operations & Process

- Work collaboratively with Operations and Service Delivery to identify workforce and people-related issues.

- Review and improve HR processes so they are practical, consistent and actually work.

- Help implement systems, procedures and workforce processes as Morale Care continues to evolve.

- Identify gaps before they become problems and bring solutions rather than simply reporting the problem.

- Support compliance with employment obligations, NDIS requirements and organisational policies.

? Development & Capability

- Support employee development, training and capability.

- Help Team Leaders and managers navigate people matters confidently.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.

- Contribute to a workplace where people understand what's expected of them and feel supported to achieve it.
