3D are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a successful and growing commercial construction business delivering projects across Melbourne.

The business has a solid pipeline of work and is expanding into the new-build sector. They are looking for someone with solid commercial fitout experience who is also comfortable working across both fitout and new-build environments.

THE ROLE

• Managing daily site operations and construction activities
• Leading site safety and OHS compliance
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Managing construction sequencing and site progress
• Maintaining quality and finishing standards
• Running toolbox and site coordination meetings
• Resolving site issues and construction challenges
• Maintaining site documentation and records
• Using Procore and BuildPass as part of the day-to-day site management

• Commercial office fitouts
• Complex fitouts & refurbishments
• Live environment projects
• Retail & hospitality
• Industrial projects
• Commercial new builds

YOU





• 5+ years' experience on commercial construction sites
• Strong commercial fitout experience
• Experience managing projects around the $5M+ mark
• Ideally, exposure to both fitout and new-build projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Strong safety leadership and quality focus
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
• Experience with Procore and/or BuildPass highly regarded

WHAT YOU GET

• $150,000 - $180,000 + Super, pending experience
• Initial $5M commercial fitout project
• Exposure to fitout and new-build projects
