About the business
We are a small company who design, construct and service water features in Australia and overseas. We also offer the services of routine maintenance, repairs, upgrades and audits to water features in the Sydney basin area as well as some interstate locations. With over 55 years in the business, we offer to expand your skill base and career goals.
About the role
Your role will be to routinely clean, service, maintain, monitor, and repair various water features that are in public spaces, commercial buildings, private residences and government departments.
The tasks include but are not limited to water feature / pool - general cleaning, vacuuming, debris removal and chemical analysis. Monitor the operation of the water treatment units of each water feature or pools, with some hydraulic maintenance (after on the job training, to build your skills and understanding of water features & pools, & how they function etc). Additional plant room maintenance and on completion submission of electronic service report.
Our office has a service department administration team is always available for your support. You will be the face of the company therefore you must be a good communicator, well presented, computer skilled and able to work independently after training.
Should the position suit, a further certified technical training course will be offered to you and funded by the company. We are looking for a long-term employee who is motivated and has pride in their work, someone who wants to develop their skill base or start a new one.

Requirements:
You must be an Australian citizen with a current driver's license.
(Please note that some of our clients require a police check & working with children check - which will be funded by the company on the completion of your probation period).
Experience with the following would be handy but not essential (as training will be provided):
- Pumps
- Plumbing
- Water chemistry
- White card
