Basic Qualifications/Skills - Sheet Metal:

- Relevant Trade qualification and work experience

- Previous experience in Sheet metal fabrication.

- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to identify fabrication issues and contribute practical solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

- Must have an eye for detail

Basic Qualifications/Skills - Welding:

- Perform high-quality TIG welding 1-2mm thick on steel components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Fabricate, assemble and modify structural thin wall steel components, frames,



brackets and fabricated assemblies.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and fabrication specifications.

- Measure, cut, fit and prepare materials using hand and power tools.

- Finish and inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

General

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment while adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures.

- Work collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams to meet manufacturing schedules and project deadlines.

- Safely operate workshop equipment and maintain tools in good working order.

- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
