We are seeking an exceptional Funeral Director / Arranger to join our team.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding position that combines client care, service coordination, administration, and operational support.

You will work closely with families to arrange funeral services that reflect the wishes of their loved ones while ensuring every detail is managed with care, dignity, and professionalism.

Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to remain calm and organised in sensitive and time-critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with families and provide compassionate guidance throughout the funeral arrangement process

- Coordinate all aspects of funeral services from initial arrangements through to service delivery

- Explain funeral options, legal requirements, and documentation in a clear and professional manner

- Liaise with clergy, celebrants, cemeteries, crematoriums, florists, venue providers, and other stakeholders

- Manage schedules, records, statutory documentation,



and administrative requirements with accuracy and attention to detail

- Provide professional support before, during, and after funeral services

- Assist with vehicle presentation and operational duties as required

- Contribute positively to a cooperative and service-focused team environment
