Ngarnal Health is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of corporate services during the Corporate Services Manager’s period of leave.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of Ngarnal Health’s corporate services functions, including finance, human resources, quality management, procurement, facilities and organisational administration. The position also provides day-to-day supervision and direction to the Corporate Services Officer and works closely with the CEO and external service providers to support effective organisational compliance, business operations and continuous improvement.

The role
Working closely with the CEO and external service providers, you will coordinate a broad range of corporate services activities and help ensure effective governance, organisational performance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day corporate services operations.
- Supervise, support and provide direction to the Corporate Services Officer.
- Allocate and monitor work priorities across the Corporate Services function.
- Provide operational support to the CEO and coordinate corporate reporting.
- Support organisational policy administration and governance processes.
- Coordinate purchasing, procurement and corporate records.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting.
- Process payroll and superannuation accurately and within required timeframes.
- Manage contracts and service agreements.
- Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding, offboarding and employee records.
- Monitor workforce compliance and coordinate learning and development administration.
- Manage and maintain Ngarnal Health’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Coordinate internal quality audits and external ISO certification audits.
- Maintain document control, organisational policies, compliance registers and corrective actions.
- Coordinate continuous improvement and accreditation activities.
- Coordinate fleet, facilities, asset registers and ICT support providers.
About you
You will be a capable corporate services professional who can work across multiple functions, manage competing priorities and operate with a high degree of independence.
You will ideally bring:
- Certificate IV or higher qualification in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Governance, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated corporate administration experience within health, community services or a not-for-profit organisation.
- Demonstrated experience supporting finance, payroll, superannuation, procurement, human resources and corporate administration.
- Experience managing or supporting a Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 or a similar accreditation framework.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and business systems capability.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, Board governance, LogicQMS or similar software, and RACGP accreditation processes will be highly regarded.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a current driver’s licence and a First Aid Certificate or be able to obtain one. Applicants must also hold, or be able to obtain, a valid Positive Notice Blue Card. Some out-of-hours work may be required from time to time.
