Account Associate
Sydney based | 12-Month Contract

We’re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Account Associate to join a high-performing team representing Google across Australia. In this role you'll be supporting a busy Senior Account Manager to help deliver program objectives.

Please note this is an initial 1YR contract role with the likelihood of extension or to be made permanent.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the go-to support for our Support Office Team, helping with system administration, reporting, and issue resolution
- Be creative to make recommendations on promotional merchandise to Client and Managers to improve brand advocacy and presence for key moments, owning the process from concept to delivery
- Liaise with our warehousing team to manage field program merchandise, assets and logistics
- Be across multiple projects and work within project timelines to deliver milestones, use project-based tools to track timelines and deliver on-time. Assist in delivering ad-hoc Client requests
- Assist with financial system processes incl invoice payments and Purchase Order management and vendor onboarding
- Compile project briefs, planograms, and support documents to give the field team clear direction
- Collaborate with key stakeholders daily to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with internal event coordination

About You:

- Previous experience in a customer service role will be highly regarded
- A background in junior data administration or data entry would be advantageous, with a strong eye for accuracy and detail.
- You're driven and ambitious, always striving for success.




- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in Field Activation (either in-field or office-based) would be ideal but not a non negotiable.
- Your attention to detail is exceptional, and your administrative skills are second to none.
- You're tech-savvy and skilled in Office Suite, G Suite, Chrome, OS and Pixel.
