As a CommSec Graduate,



you will learn and grow across five core capability areas:

- Customer – A deep customer obsession, grounded in understanding user needs and designing intuitive, seamless product experiences.
- Data – The ability to identify critical data points and translate them into insights that guide product decisions and measure impact.
- Industry – Subject matter knowledge of the broader market landscape, including competitors, trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the domain.
- Business – Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the legal, regulatory, risk, governance, and compliance frameworks that shape product strategy.
- Product – Expertise in the product itself, its value proposition, functionality, and opportunities for innovation, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned to customer and business needs.

The 12–18 month program will see you rotating across teams within CommSec. Our team of trading, product and account experts work together to provide our retail and wholesale clients with access to online broking and investment product options.

You’ll develop your knowledge and expertise within the CommSec and broader Business Banking. At the end of your program,



you can expect to successfully transition into a challenging role as an Analyst across one of our CommSec teams.

If this sounds like you, and you are:

- A Permanent Resident of Australia (please note, this does not include bridging visas while awaiting permanent residency or 820 visa holders), or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application
- In your final year of study, or have completed your degree within the last 24 months
- Achieving a minimum credit average across your degree
- Sydney based, or willing to relocate to Sydney for the program
