National Workforce is seeking experienced Chicken / Knife Hands to join our team a poultry processing facility in Somerville.

Shift Available: Morning Shift - 6:00am start (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

- Boning and trimming chicken products using knives
- Maintaining quality and production standards
- Working in a fast-paced food production environment
- Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- General production duties as required

Key Requirements:

- Previous boning or knife skills experience (poultry or meat processing preferred)
- Confident using knives in a production environment
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work in a team
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a cold food production setting
- Must have reliable transport
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
