We’re looking for an experienced Machinery Sales Representative to join our Construction & Agricultural Equipment Division in Launceston.

? About the role

This is a territory-based sales role focused on managing and growing an established customer base, while developing new business across key accounts.

You’ll be working directly with customers making capital equipment purchasing decisions, providing practical, solution-focused advice to support their operations.

? Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of equipment customers

- Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory

- Build strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers

- Prepare quotes, tenders and sales reports

- Conduct skilled, solution-based customer presentations

- Provide structured market and customer feedback





? Skills & experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Heavy machinery / construction / agricultural equipment sales

- Mobile plant, trucks, forklifts or related industries

- Capital equipment or B2B industrial sales environments

You will also bring:

- Proven sales results and ability to work to targets

- Strong territory management and organisational skills

- Ability to confidently engage customers on both technical and commercial levels

- High attention to detail and strong follow-through

- A proactive, self-motivated approach
