Serrata Joinery is a Queensland based company servicing South-East QLD, providing a range of commercial and residential cabinetry and joinery services.

About the role:

As our team continues to grow, Serrata Joinery is now seeking a full-time Qualified Cabinet Maker / All Rounder to join our expanding team at our Kunda Park warehouse.

This role is based in the Sunshine Coast region, however, there may be a requirement for travel to other areas that we service within the state from time to time.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Selecting the appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.

- Cutting resources down to size, as needed.

- Planning an effective approach to work to ensure that each project is completed on time.

- Gathering the elements of each cabinet and assembling the final product.

- Setting up and operating a variety of machines and using various hand tools to fabricate cabinetry.

- Installation of joinery.





- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.

- Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting the completion of the job to the appropriate person.

About You:

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Fully qualified Cabinet Maker (minimum requirement of Certificate III in Cabinet Making)

- Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker

- Own tools to complete tasks

- Ability to work individually and in a team environment

- Organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Extensive cabinet making knowledge

- Willingness to adopt current systems and actively participate in the continual growth of the business
