- Flexible hours to suit you & work from Home – manage your calendar and caseload as per your capacity: Occasional face-to-face meeting with clients whilst the majority of services can be completed remotely.

This well-established, boutique rehabilitation provider is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor with availability to take on vocational assessment and vocational counselling services with a range of clients. You will be joining an organisation who have built a reputation on providing quality services and being a delight to do business with. The feedback from contractors placed within this organisation has been outstanding.
Work collaboratively with a range of professionals as you aim to achieve the best outcome for your clients, specifically in the Return to Work, Comcare, John Holland and DVA sector.
Make a lasting difference as provide return to health – return to work services. You will hold strong experience within Occupational Rehabilitation and hold registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
The role will involve:
- Create and implement individual vocational goals to promote a successful return to work outcome.
- Vocational Counselling and motivational interviewing to enhance engagement in meaningful occupations
- Liaison with key stakeholders within a multidisciplinary clinical context.
- Completion of high-level written reporting.
- Meeting with clients who require occasional face-to-face appointments in Sydney
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology with AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Strong Rehabilitation Consulting / Injury Management experience gained within an occupational rehabilitation setting.
- Comcare accreditation (desirable).
- The ability to work effectively on an independent basis.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Good relationship-building and time management ability.
- ABN & Skilled Indemnity Insurance for Contracting.
- A current driver’s licence and your own car.
