With several current contracts launching in 2026, we’re seeking multiple skilled Civil Allrounder Operators to join our team and be part of our next chapter.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking experienced Civil Allrounder Operators to deliver a wide range of civil and mining services. Scope of works includes:

- Bulk earthworks

- Drill pad preparation

- Road and camp construction

- Haul road maintenance

- Stormwater drainage

- Logistics support

- Mine site rehabilitation

You’ll be skilled in operating multiple machines: Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers.
Final trim experience using GPS, Trimble or TopCon is highly desirable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR





- Minimum 1 years’ experience in bulk earthworks or civil operations within mining or similar industry is required

- Minimum 1 years’ experience operating various types of equipment (Excavators, Loaders, Graders, Dozers)

- Final trim experience using GPS, Trimble or TopCon is highly desirable.

- Ability to work from plans and to specifications

- Relevant Mobile Plant tickets or VOCs

- Experience with 18-speed Road Ranger gearboxes (desirable)

- Mechanical aptitude for basic servicing and minor repairs

- Valid HR driver’s licence is mandatory (HC/MC desirable)

- Construction Induction Card (White/Blue)

- Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months mandatory)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug/alcohol tests

- Unrestricted Australian work rights
