Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
• Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
• Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and qualified front desk environment
• Participate in training and team meetings
