The Opportunity
Are you a strategic retail leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and business transformation? TeamMoto, a leading name in the motorcycle industry and part of MotorCycle Holdings, is seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead our network of 19 dealerships across Current South Wales and Queensland.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be at the helm of our TeamMoto retail business, accountable for delivering sustainable profitability, exceptional customer outcomes, and a safe, engaged workplace.
The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position designed for someone who can translate Group strategy into clear, actionable priorities. You will:

- Lead & Transform: Move beyond legacy practices to implement the MotorCycle Holdings transformation agenda, embedding standardized, scalable, and data-led processes.
- Operational Excellence: Own the full P&L; performance, establishing consistent operating rhythms and accountability across the entire 19-site network.
- Drive Performance: Oversee sales, inventory quality (stock turn and aging), finance and insurance (F&I;), and aftersales (service, parts, and accessories) revenue.
- Empower People: Coach and mentor Regional and Dealership leaders, building a strong talent pipeline and a culture focused on performance and safety.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Group support functions including Finance,



People & Culture, Marketing, and Technology to achieve commercial targets.

What We're Looking For
We need a leader who is as comfortable with performance data as they are with frontline teams. You will have:

- Senior Leadership Experience: A proven track record in multi-site retail, automotive, or dealership management.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated accountability for full P&L;, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Change Management Skills: Experience leading business transformation and the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Operational Discipline: A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Mobility: A current unrestricted driver's license and the willingness to travel regularly across the NSW and QLD network.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business or management is desirable; a motorcycle license and industry accreditation are a plus.
