Clients benefit from our preventative risk management and compliance advice, tailored risk management strategies and in-depth guidance on emergency response preparation and crisis management solutions.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join our Risk Advisory practice - which includes a core focus on Financial Crime Compliance – as it continues to grow. Working closely with Sonja Marsic and Jeremy Moller you will have focus on anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance and advisory matters, regulatory investigations and civil regulatory litigation.

In particular we are keen to hear from candidates who are interested in working with clients to achieve their compliance and strategic objectives.





What we are looking for

- 4+ years PQE gained within an external legal service provider and/or a regulatory agency (either in investigations and/or legal area)
- Experience in:
- advising on anti-money laundering and financial crime related areas, including within regulated entities; and/or
- litigation, including in civil regulation

- Excellent analytical, written, drafting and communication skills
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality and good work ethic
- Focussed on strategic outcomes for clients
- A respectful and collegiate attitude to colleagues and clients
- Current and former associates in the Federal Court of Australia are encouraged to apply
- Those with experience in Commonwealth prosecutions (civil and/or criminal) for regulatory agencies are also encouraged to apply
