We are a Mining Title Consultant company which is a leader in mining tenement management throughout Australia and has been servicing the exploration and mining industry for over 30 years.

We are currently seeking a highly professional Tenement Consultant who is experienced in tenement and title dealings throughout Australia, with a particular focus on Western Australia. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is switched on and reliable to fit into our experienced team. The position will be full time based in Wangara, Western Australia.

While a law degree, or experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, would be beneficial for this role, it is not a requirement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Experience working in mining tenement management





- A high level of knowledge of the Mining Act and Regulations with the ability to apply this knowledge in a broad range of situations

- Database management experience with software similar to Lease Control and MT Audit would be looked upon favourably

- High competency in Microsoft Office, Mineral Titles Online and Tengraph

- Excellent time management, written and verbal communications as well as organisational skills

- Strong attention to detail

- A commitment to excellent client service

- Self-motivated and driven

- A readiness to ensure both high quality work and ethical standards are met

- The ability to both adapt to a current working environment and to work effectively in a team
