Project Support Officer (Admin Support)

- Clerk Grade: 3/4 Full-Time (35 hrs per week), ongoing opportunity
- Location: McKell, Haymarket NSW
- Salary range: $87,199 - $95,482 per annum + superannuation

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring information remains accurate and up to date, while working collaboratively across the business, Leadership and Capability Team, and People & Culture to respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and support the delivery of learning and capability programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate key Department of Customer Service (DCS) flagship programs, including participant management, event logistics, and venue coordination.

This role requires regular attendance at various DCS metropolitan locations for program delivery, up to three days per week, with an 8:00am start time. As these programs are delivered face-to-face, the start time requirement is essential to the role.

About the team:

An opportunity has arisen for a high performing Project Support Officer to join the Leadership and Capability team in the People Innovation and Experience team within DCS.

People Innovation and Experience sits within our People and Culture division and is responsible for the delivery of key programs, initiatives, and services across the full employee lifecycle at DCS to support an engaged workforce.

Reporting to the Senior Programs Officer, you will use your amazing organisational and problem-solving skills to manage and coordinate the learning initiatives across DCS.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) within a large and complex organisation, serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.
- Anapplicant with strong Cornerstone experience would be highly desirable.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex activities, identify issues, and implement effective solutions in a energetic environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, processes, and documentation to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of systems and services.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills, supported by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly developed customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across business units to deliver services, programs, and projects.
- Experience working within agile project environments, including monitoring and managing work through Kanban boards or similar project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement, and consistently deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
