What You'll Own:

- End-to-end leadership of a luxury boutique
- Commercial performance, sales growth and profitability
- Leadership, coaching and succession planning for a team of 15+ luxury professionals
- A world-class clienteling culture, building long-term VIP relationships
- Exceptional operational standards, inventory integrity and boutique presentation
- Creating memorable client experiences that set the benchmark for luxury retail

About You:





- Proven Store Manager from an internationally recognised luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or watch brand
- Experience leading teams of 15+ employees within a luxury boutique
- Exceptional people leader with a robust track record of developing high-performing teams
- Commercially driven with a history of delivering outstanding results
- Highly skilled in clienteling and building long-term relationships with VIP clientele
- Australian luxury retail experience is essential
- We also welcome applications from Australians currently working overseas in luxury retail who are looking to return home
