About the Role The successful applicant will play a key role in conducting geophysical logging and supporting geological investigations across exploration and drilling activities. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialist logging equipment while ensuring accurate data collection and equipment functionality in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct geophysical wireline logging operations on drill holes
- Perform routine calibration of logging tools in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Monitor logging data in real time to ensure integrity and accuracy




- Troubleshoot and assist with minor repairs and maintenance of electronic and mechanical logging equipment
- Prepare and maintain accurate logging records and reports
- Work collaboratively with geology and drilling teams onsite
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site safety procedures and company standards

To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:

- Current Driver’s Licence
- MR Truck Licence
- Strong mechanical and electronic aptitude
- High level computer and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote FIFO environments
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

The following will be highly regarded:

- Previous Geophysical Wireline Logging experience
- Experience repairing or maintaining computer-driven logging equipment
- Current Radiation Users Licence
- Degree or Diploma in Geophysics, Electronics, Engineering, or related scientific discipline

Candidates from technical, electronics, instrumentation, drilling, mining, defence, or trade backgrounds with strong troubleshooting abilities are encouraged to apply.
