ESE Consulting is partnering with a well-established boutique business advisory firm to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper. Supporting a diverse portfolio of local businesses, this role offers plenty of variety, exposure to different industries, and excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients

- Process end-to-end payroll and superannuation

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Complete bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records

- Process client payments and transactions

- Prepare STP reporting and end-of-year payroll processes

- Assist clients with bookkeeping and administrative queries

- Set up and maintain files in Xero, MYOB and other accounting systems





- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

About You

- Previous bookkeeping experience

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A professional, proactive and team-focused approach

- Experience with Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks is highly regarded
