The role:

- Work with a range of clients providing meaningful services that will encourage positive health outcomes. This includes DVA, Work Cover, Comcare, Veterans RSL, Income Protection, Self-Insured clients and some fantastic State Government projects.

- Work across a range schemes providing Case management, Assessment, Planning and Review services

- Build solid, lasting relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders

- Service clients across the Gold Coast with a focus on the Mid-North Gold Coast regions.

- Write comprehensive reports, develop return to work plans and work strategically across the schemes.

- OT: Provide a range of OT-specific assessments including Home Assessments, Assessments of Daily Living, DVA household services and more.

Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist, with AHPRA or ESSA Registration

- A driver’s license and car

- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is essential

- A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills
