We are seeking Experienced Disability Support Workers with Diabetes, ABI, Personal Care and Community Access in the Logan & Redlands Area

What will you do?

Duties and responsibilities:

- Daily living assistance: helping with meals, eating & feeding, light domestics, mobility, hoisting, transferring

- Personal care: showering & bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing

- Community access: support clients with attending appointment, hobby actives, going to work, shopping

Must Haves

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Essential)

- National Police Check (Essential)

- Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Essential)
