The Senior Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for multiple projects. The Senior Project Scheduler will work under the Lead Planner and closely with project managers and team members to ensure that project schedules are accurate, achievable, and aligned with project goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Analyse project schedules and identify critical paths, constraints, and risks.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and refine project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work with project teams to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.
- Provide regular schedule reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for project scheduling.
Be part of the solution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling.
- Experience using scheduling software particularly Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- PMI-SP or PSP certification is a plus.
