As a trusted Account Manager at OSW, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining key client relationships. In this role, you will be a key asset to the sales team, driving revenue and profitability through exceptional account management!

What you'll be doing

- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider business to deliver excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account activities

- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

What we're looking for





- Proven track record in account management or sales, ideally within the B2B or Solar workplace

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business) is highly desirable
