? High Reach Forklift Operator / Pick Packer – Day Shift | Richlands | $38.96/hr + Super

We’re recruiting experienced operators for our clients brand-new Richlands facility – and this isn’t just another warehouse gig. It’s ongoing casual with a genuine pathway to permanency for the right legends.

If you know your way around a Hi Reach and can load a truck like a Tetris champion and also happy to do pick packing work… keep reading.

? The Good Stuff

- Monday to Friday – no weekends!

- 9am - 5pm

- $38.96 per hour + Super

- Ongoing casual with view to go permanent

- Start ASAP

? What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll be across:

- Pick Packing Work

- Hi Reach forklift operation (Joystick & Foot Operated – pallet pick & putaway)

- Single Tyne & Twin Tyne Counterbalance (loading & unloading trucks)

- Re-working pallets (restack, wrap, relabel)

- Manual handling including case picking & pallet restacking





- Case picking & pallet consolidation

- Keeping things secure, tidy and running smoothly

- Potentially Using SAP and doing some Admin work

✅ What You’ll Need

- Valid LF Licence

- Permanent Visa or AU Citizenship (full working rights)

- Valid Police Check

- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing

- Solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols

- Steel cap boots & high-vis vest

- Experience on Hi Reach & Counterbalance forklifts
