About the Role

We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join our specialist Credit Services team.

As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in helping clients make informed credit decisions by analysing credit applications and assessing potential risk exposures. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will review credit and financial information, provide recommendations and risk insights, and deliver a high standard of service. Success in this role will require strong analytical skills, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in credit, finance, insurance or risk management who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong client relationships.

While most client interactions occur via phone and email, there may be occasional face-to-face client meetings, industry events or interstate travel.

This is a permanent full-time position based in our Adelaide office. Hybrid work arrangements are available following successful completion of training.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in credit assessment, risk analysis, financial services or a similar field.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume,



fast-paced environment.
- Confidence handling sensitive information and exercising sound judgement.
- A genuine interest in the credit, insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to learn new systems, manage competing priorities and work effectively within established processes.
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in commercial credit risk will be highly regarded.
