The ideal successful candidate will have:

- Valid plumbing with gas fitting license (required)

- Red card/white card (required)

- Current drivers licence (required)

- Extensive plumbing experience specialising in hot water installation and service (highly preferred)

- First aid cert I (highly preferred)

- Excellent customer service skills

- Sound communication skills

- Restricted electrical a definite bonus!

About the Role and Responsibilities

- Service gas continuous flow water heaters, heat pumps & solar hot water systems.

- Install hot water systems





- Provide technical support to customers and agents

- Assist with resolution of customer complaints

- Follow up solutions from service calls

- Coordination of warranty parts returning for testing
