About the role - We’re looking for Industrial Electricians and Overseas‑Qualified Electricians to join our busy switchboard manufacturing teams across Melbourne’s South‑East and Northern suburbs. This is hands‑on factory work building, wiring and testing switchboards for commercial/industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

- Switchboard assembly, wiring and fit‑out (industrial/commercial boards)
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
- Point‑to‑point wiring, control wiring and cable looms
- Testing, fault‑finding and QA checks
- Working to production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards

What we’re looking for
- Industrial electrician / switchboard experience (preferred)
- Overseas‑qualified electricians encouraged to apply (relevant experience in manufacturing/switchboards valued)




- Ability to read electrical drawings/schematics
- Robust attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable attendance and a good safety mindset
- Full working rights in Australia (required)

Tickets/licences:

- A‑Grade Electrical Licence (or working towards / eligibility depending on background)
- White Card
