Hunter Homes is looking for an experienced CRM & Digital Operations Coordinator to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.

This is an exciting prospect for someone who thrives on improving systems, streamlining processes and making technology work smarter. Working closely with our Digital Marketing & HubSpot Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing our HubSpot CRM, optimising customer journeys, supporting digital marketing campaigns and ensuring our website and digital platforms perform at their best.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for managing and enhancing the systems that support our Sales and Marketing teams, including:

- Managing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and best practice.

- Building and optimising workflows and automations.





- Working closely with our Digital Marketing & HubSpot Specialist to improve customer journeys and campaign performance

- Creating dashboards and reporting that provide valuable insights for the business.

- Adding and training new users, and managing user permissions and team-based access across.

- Becoming the go-to person for training staff on CRM-connected systems

- Acting as first point of contact when something isn't working correctly, investigating and testing fixes before escalating what you can't solve.

- Supporting digital marketing initiatives by maintaining parts of the website CRM processes, forms and lead capture functionality.

- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and external developers to continually improve our digital platforms and customer experience.

- Identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiencies and enhance the overall performance of our CRM and digital ecosystem.
