The Role

As a community-based Occupational Therapist, you will support clients in environments that are meaningful to them, including their homes, community settings, and residential facilities.

You will work with a varied adult caseload and have the opportunity to develop skills across:

- Functional assessments and reporting

- Assistive technology and equipment prescription

- Home assessments and modifications

- Cognitive and sensory interventions

- Life skills development and independence training

- Neurological and physical rehabilitation





- Capacity-building interventions

The organisation encourages clinicians to pursue areas of interest and provides training pathways into specialist areas such as home modifications, driving assessments, and mental health.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- A qualification in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills

- A passion for supporting adults to achieve meaningful outcomes

Clinicians from aged care, hospital, rehabilitation, disability, or paediatric backgrounds are encouraged to apply, with comprehensive support available for those transitioning into community practice.
