This is more than a gardening role. You'll mentor, coach and support people with disability while working alongside them to maintain beautiful parks, gardens and outdoor spaces across the South West.

? What you will be doing;

- Coach and support employees with disability in a horticultural environment.

- Maintain parks, gardens and outdoor spaces.

- Mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, planting and grounds maintenance.

- Build confidence, independence and workplace skills.

- Lead by example and create a positive, safe and inclusive workplace.

- Help plan daily work and keep the team motivated and productive.

? We're looking for someone who;

- Loves working outdoors.

- Has practical horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.

- Enjoys supporting and mentoring others.





- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Can work independently and as part of a team.

- Has experience supporting people with disability or mental health challenges (highly regarded).

Qualifications in Horticulture, Conservation & Land Management, Environmental Science or similar are desirable, but relevant industry experience is equally valued.

? Essential Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
