What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Safely perform manual handling tasks
- Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
- Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
- Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who is:
- Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs
- Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight
- A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively
- Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
- Unrestricted full driver’s licence
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them)
