Eastern Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team, covering parental leave, with an inpatient caseload including neurological conditions and post-amputation rehab.

You will deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions, support complex discharge planning, and contribute to supervision, education, and quality improvement within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary team.
