OVERVIEW Griffith University is seeking a Global Mobility Adviser to support students participating in international education opportunities across exchange, study abroad, short-term mobility, and New Colombo Plan programs. This part-time continuing role is based at the Gold Coast or Nathan campuses in Queensland. The position focuses on advising students, supporting outbound and inbound mobility programs, and contributing to the ongoing delivery and improvement of global mobility initiatives. The role supports students throughout their mobility journey while helping strengthen participation in international education programs at griffith. The adviser will also contribute to program administration, promotional activities, and the management of mobility records and information.

Key responsibilities

- Advise students on outbound mobility opportunities including exchange, study abroad, short-term mobility, and New Colombo Plan programs
- Support students throughout their mobility journey
- Administer applications for outbound mobility and inbound exchange programs
- Represent Griffith Global Mobility at events and partner visits
- Maintain website and promotional content related to mobility programs
- Manage mobility data and records
- Stay current with international education regulations and trends
- Contribute to the promotion, administration,



and continuous improvement of mobility programs

Requirements

- Experience supporting or advising students in mobility or international education programs
- Ability to administer applications and manage records related to exchange and outbound programs
- Capacity to engage with students throughout the mobility process
- Ability to maintain promotional and website content
- Knowledge of international education regulations and current trends
