Joining one of the biggest Fashion Retailers in Australia and the #1 brand in their category, in a newly created role, to own, shape & execute the CRM and Loyalty strategy for both local and international audiences, in this 6 month contract role.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the GM of Digital, this role will support in the end to end delivery of the CRM & Loyalty roadmap, working alongside a stellar eCommerce & Digital team, in a true partnership.

This role will be key in shaping and executing customer lifecycle strategies, driving engagement and living and breathing data and insights, to drive decision making and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

- Solid experience with delivering high-performing, impactful CRM strategies across multiple channels, within the Retail, Fashion or eCommerce sectors
- Solid, in-depth technical knowledge of SFMC, Klaviyo, Emarsys or similar platforms
- Prior experience with managing or even better, launching Loyalty Programs into market
- A robust track record in delivering growth across all key metrics and delivering campaigns Email, SMS, Push,



Social, and Web channels
- Strong experience with in-depth customer segmentation work, targeting, and persona frameworks
- The ability to analyse, interpret & present customer behaviour and translate insights into lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Implement test-and-learn approaches including A/B and multivariate testing
